it is easier to use the "PrtSc" button on your keyboard instead of taking a photo of your screen.

If you do not know how to do it please follow the 3 easy steps:
1. put the window with the problem or whatever you want to send to someone of your screen
2. click once on the key "PrtSc" which is usually located at the top right side of your keyboard (maybe next to NumLock) Once klicked you will see no change or any indication that you actually have done something by clicking on that key!
3. open your favorite image proccesing program (if you do not have any just open paint, which is a default program that comes with any windows operating system).

one opened that program use the paste combination Ctrl & v (by clicking and holding down the Ctrl key and then clicking once on the v key) Alternatively you can seach for the paste option in your image proccesing progam, it does th same thing.

You will see the image of the full screen of your computer and whatever was at that point open at your desktop.

You can cut of parts that are not iportand if you know how or just send that file by saving it first somewhere.

hope it helped you in your future needs of sending your screen
