Hello.
I have seen a few threads about the menu issue in IE7 and understand it is a CSS related problem with "position" and "z-index".
I cannot seem to figure it out on my site though.

The menu and submenu appears correctly, except if you hover over a submenu and there is text/image or what ever behind it, causes it to disappear as if you have moused off. It does stay active though if you are on the menus text.

It is difficult to show in a screen shot as the menu visually looks ok.
Please view the site I am working on here: xposedesign.com.au/nts/
View in in IE7 (or IE9 with Document mode: IE7 Standard).
Hover over the Menu with a Submenu (eg. Transportation), and move your mouse over the non text area and see how the menu disappears, as if you have hovered away from it.

Please let me know if you understand what I mean.
It works ok on IE8+ and all other modern browsers.
