I have downloaded and applied the latest version 2.0.12 and the problem still exists.

One thing I do know is that it is related to the cache that Joomla uses. If I turn off cacheing it all works fine. The minute I turn on any form of cache the problem occurs.

I have reproduced the problem on three sites now all with the same problem with the cache.

Temporary work around is to disable the cache.

Any ideas?

It would do I have just turned off the global cache on the site before I posted.

Do you use Joomla! cache or cache provided by site template? If open HTML source of the page, it contains the same javascript including, this is the reason of the problem.
