I have been using the Joomla cache. I wasn't aware of a template cache. How do I discover how to tunr on or off the template cache. This is the default Beez_20 template and I do not see anything on the site template to enable me to do this.

Which , in your opinion is the best cache to use?

Some 3rd party site template supports their our cache. In your case, could you send a screenshot with Joomla! cache settings by email and specify exact version of Joomla! which you use. We will try to reproduce the problem on our test server and fix it.

We tried to reproduce the problem on our test server, but the menu works fine when Joomla! cache is enabled. Probably it doesn't work on your site due to a conflict with a 3rd party extension. We can investigate the issue if you provide temporary access to your J! backend by email.

I have similar problem. I'm working with joomla 1.7 on localhost. I've created the menu and it appears incorrectly. In case of google chrome, the text in the menu items is condensed (as you can see on the attached image). In case of mozilla, the text of the menu items displayes one line below the dots. I was trying to change the settings, such us load method: (either On load or DOM READY) - it doesn't help me. I didn't try any other solution, I am a new user of joomla so I'm still studying this program.
