Firstly I'd like to express my sincere thanks to all involved in producing this great piece of software!

I've managed to get the menu displaying horizontally however the first menu option is being displayed almost a line below the rest of the menu options. While I don't have good skills with CSS I have spent a fair bit of time trying to solve this problem. I've now completely exhausted all I can think of so hoping for some expert help!

Attached is a screenshot and a zip file containing a saved copy of one of our site pages as rendered in Firefox 6.0.2 on Linux Mint 11. I hope these are useful in helping with a solution.

Provide link to a page where we can see the problem. We can't reproduce the issue on provided HTML page because CSS and javascript files are not loaded on the page.

Are you sure you don't have all the CSS and Javascript you need? The zip file I attached to my opening post contains all Javascript and CSS required by this page and I can reproduce the issue by loading the html page itself. I'd be grateful if you would doublecheck as I can't provide a link to the site as it's running on my development laptop.

Provided HTML page contains reference to "localhost". Try to open the page on another computer and you will that it doesn't load javascript and CSS files.

You're correct in that there are references to localhost, however those are in absolute paths of hyperlinks within the page. There are no references to localhost in paths to resources such as Javascript or CSS files. Each Javascript and CSS file required by the html page is within the attached zip file and their paths are correct and relative to the html file itself.

I've tested this by stopping my webserver (thereby making all resources requested from localhost inaccessible), clearing my browser's cache and loading the html page in the attached zip file. The page fully renders, albeit with the problem described in the first post in this thread.

I would be very grateful for your help.
