hi,
My menu look like in the image attached.
if you see the image on visited top menus ie: occupational medicine and at the far right there is another which is drop, this is the submenu of occupational medicine.

I need help on how to fix this.

Provide a link to a page where we can see the problem. A screenshot can't help to investigate the issue.

It seems the menu is configured incorrectly. Check that "Show only active sub-menus" parameter is set to "No". If it doesn't help, provide temporary accesss to your J! backend by email so we could investigate the issue in more details.
