New version kills CSS settings. 13 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
Hello world.

kinda of new to this, but i am having an issue. i am using a theme from livedemo00.template-help.com/joomla_33061/ and when i expose the "user menu" i get a php error referencing the foreach() command. after research, the latest version of the menu fixes the problem.

but the problem i have now, is that when i upgrade to the newest version of the menu, i lose all my CSS styling that came with the theme. I have the template.css which I alter to change the theme, but the graphics of the menu are no longer there and it is a simple white on white menu, not like the one i posted above.

I need the latest version of the menu without losing the graphics and settings that came with the mod from the theme.

Please advise.

Hello,

The module doesn't change any 3rd party extensions (site template) files. If custom styles is added to "ARI Ext Menu" CSS files, it will be lost after upgrade. If custom styles is located in template.css file, provide a link to a page where we can see the problem.

Regards,
ARI Soft

I managed to fix it. I had to make another 2.0.13 module with the CSS styles that shipped with the old menu, built in to the new module. Works fine.

Thanks.
