From

Go back and click on Downloads > CMC Committees > Academics. No menu appears on that page =
78.110.160.10/~tmc/index.php/reference/downloads/cmc-committees/academic
Go back again and click on the last level Downloads > CMC Committees > Academics > Seminar Series. No menu appears on that page =
78.110.160.10/~tmc/index.php/reference/downloads/cmc-committees/academic/seminar-series
In other words, although all levels of menu appear at the beginning, no menus appear at lower levels, only the title.
