We have investigated the issue, the second menu doesn't work for menu items with level 3 and deeper because of "Start level" parameter is set to "2" and "Show only active sub-menus" is set to "Yes". Selected menu item from level 3 so the second menu loads nothing from level 2 and looks empty. Regards, ARI Soft

Thank you for investigating this issue. It's a shame though because this means that the ARI menus don't work like the core menus. I wanted to show all menu items from the second level down but I can't do this now. Many thanks, David
