I am rather new with joomla and trying to use multi level menu. I have chosen Ari Ext Menu as reviews are very positive, thanks for good job.
I have installed module first, published/enabled it... tried to configure it work on main menu, menu directio - vertical. Though there is no sign it is working - nothing changed, if I hover on some menu item that has 2 level menu items those does not show in any way ... I am using some template, maybe its incompatible or smth...
The address of the site is svajone.net/index.php/en/site-map and second main menu item has 2 "child" items ...

We suppose module is configured incorrectly. For example it is assigned to incorrect module position, not published and etc. Could you specify where do you want to show a menu and provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email so we can investigate an issue?

Hi, thanks for reply. I am rather new so not sure how to provide access to backend, do u need administrator pasword or new user created? I am trying to add submenu items in main menu it is seen in menu manager, but those submenu items do not pop up... sory if english not very clear, I am not english native speaker. Thanks for the help.

Specify in what place do you want to show a menu (you can provide a screenshot) and user/password so we can login to your J! backend. Send this info by email please.

I also have a similar problem as my submenu doesnt seem to want to load.
