We changed our template to www.siteground.com/template-preview/joomla_15/siteground-j15-177 and now our drop downs don't work. How can we fix this?

Sorry, what do you mean "this template doesn't support ARI Ext Menu"? Provided page doesn't contain "ARI Ext Menu" module.
