Problem displaying the arrows on menus 12 Years, 7 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi. Thank you so much for creating this great extension. I thought I would bother you to ask you a question. I don't know what I have done wrong, but the arrows are not being displayed on my menus/submenus. My settings are:

"Use images" = "All menu items"

"Images on levels": 1,2,3

"Image path" = "modules/mod_ariextmenu/mod_ariextmenu/js/css/images"

"Image extension": png

Is there something I should change to be able to see the arrow? Please, let me know. Thanks a lot in advance for any help you may provide.

Hello,

Sorry, but could you explain what settings you mean? "ARI Ext Menu" doesn't contain described parameter. Could you also provide a link to a page where we can see a menu?

Regards,
ARI Soft

Hi ARI Soft. I think I got confused because my site has two versions: one in English and the other one in Spanish (espanol.rominachirre.com/). My sincere apologies. As you can see your menu is on my website in Spanish, and a different menu module on the one in English. That was the one that actually I had (and still have) the problem figuring out how to display the arrows. I thought I would go to the support forum to ask for some help and came to yours by mistake.

I had the two Joomla backend pages open and I got confused. Your menu actually works great! My Joomla template was not allowing me to show my submenus and thanks to you now my visitors can have access to them. Thanks a million for creating it for us
