Hi, this code not really working well for me somehow on a horizontal menu (www.dorothyscloset.com/events). It adds the space kind of weird. If the words are longer it looks weird, and if i shorten them up there is too much space between the word and the arrow .

Is there any way to maybe have the words have more space between the letters instead of this code? or a space between the items/arrows wider?
