Thank you very much, the menu background transparency works good

But i got another problem, when the menu has 3 menus, that is:
Services => Service => Customer => BPKB, when i choose BPKB, all the menu disappear
but when i choose sub menu on 2nd level, it didnt disappear, that is:
Services => Product => Motorcycle Brands

Set "Show only active sub-menus" parameter to "No".

That parameter already set to "No" but the menus still disappear

I got other request from users, they do not want to see "down arrow-head" in menus shown, is it possible ?

See "Menu Assignment" parameters section on module settings page. The module is assigned only to specific pages and "Services => Service => Customer => BPKB" is not selected. If you want to show the menu on all pages, set "Module Assignment" parameter to "On all pages" value.
