Vertical menu disappearing behind 12 Years, 4 Months ago

Hi,
I have a problem with the menu disappearing behind the main content. I've read the other posts and tried to use the CSS that is provided but it just tried to squash everything into the left column and cut off anything that was going into the centre. I've looked at it in IE8, Firefox and Chrome and it is exactly the same in all. Could you take a look please? www.euroserviceslimited.co.uk/links
