Hello,

This problem with an extension which is used to optimize javascript files loading. If you open browser's error console, you can see a javascript error.

Try to set writable permissions for <joomla_directory>/cache/ folder and clean Joomla! cache.

Having the issue myself. Can't get the dropdown to show up. If you can take a quick look that would be awesome. Did the couple things you suggested to others, added the .row-menu css and did the permissions on cache. Still not showing up.
