Hi,

I've installed Ari Ext menu, but the submenu is not showing at all. The testing address is 202.195.195.176:8080/joomla25 I'm not sure if you can log this website.
The attached file is the screenshot of this problem.

Another problem is the position is so wired here. All the default menu on the left is now moved to center.

Thank you for your response.

I moved my testing website to another address: www.phonetics.org.cn/joomla25/ I hope you can log in this one.

I first installed joomla2.5, and used a template downloaded from www.siteground.com . Then when I actived the ARI menu. The problem appear like that. First I can't see the submenu of 'sitemap', second the position become so strange.

I would be very appreciate if you can help me with this.

The menu doesn't contain sub-menu items so it doesn't show sub-menus. Check that sub-menus are created in Joomla! menu manager.

Send a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem.
