Hello, Press F12 in IE 8-9 browser and open "Console" tab in developers toolbar. It contains a lot of javascript errors which are not related to "ARI Ext Menu", but it seems it affects on the menu. Fix the error to resolve the problem with the menu. Regards, ARI Soft
