Add the next CSS rule to "CSS Styles" parameter in module settings:

We can't reproduce this problem. You can use IEDevToolbar addon for IE browser to investigate the problem. It seems this is a problem with site template styles. Regards, ARI Soft

It seems white color is used for menu items. Use IEDevToolbar plugin for IE browser to find in what CSS file this color for menu items is defined. Regards, ARI Soft
