At the photo above at position right there are 2 modules, a green box and Ari menu but they are not lined up, see red arow

I give you a focused photo of the menu in case you could not see it in the other photo. The difference of padding between the two modules is about 3px

This problem with site template styles. Try to use the next CSS rule:

Problem with site template styles which is used for module containers created by site template. You can use FireBug addon for FireFox browser to see this problem.
