Hi

My Menu item doesn't display his submenu.

Any help pls?

Hi,

This is the site www.sitesample1.site50.net

Unforunately, I can't even see the menu here.
When I go to admin panel and try to configure this menu module I got "500 - An error has occurred.
Error loading form file"

What have I done wrong?

If you see 500 error, it seems the module is installed incorrectly.

THat's true, I just checked it says Module XML data not available. There's no panel for customizing menu once uploaded on the public server.

I'll have to contact their support I guess.

We can investigate the problem if you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email.
