Hi,

with the iPad, it is not possible to go the main-menu (1 level or parent) if there are sub-menus. So a thought, so problem, a make the 1-level-menu as a menu alias to the first sub-menu.

The problem with the menu-alias is that the first sub-menu is also showing as current.
And with firebug I can see that the first sub-menu becomes the class current...



I have now no idea how to fix this, since two sub-menus are showing as current ?

no all the sub-menus are regular menu types, like "Articles » Category Blog", only the main-menu are "Menu Item Alias", in this example the button "Programm" (Vermietung & Info as well)

yes it works, it is a little bit circuitous, since it is necessary to create a other menu entry, but it works!

You you have an idea why the main menu entry don't work on a iPad?

It doesn't work on iPad because currently parent menu items can be used to show/hide sub menu items, they don't use as link on mobile devices. This functionality will extended in a future release.
