Hi, I have installed mobilejoomla on my site whats-on.biz, but when I check the website on a smart phone mobile, the menus do not show.

Hello, Contact site template developers because this is not "ARI Ext Menu" issue. Probably selected module position is not used by site template for mobile layout. Regards, ARI Soft
