I am having the same problem more or less. I tried using the module for my top menu but only the root items were showing and i couldnt see any drop down at all when holding mouse over menu buttons. I am pretty sure everything is set up ok but it wont work.
I figured it might be some problem with my template or some other module i am using but im not sure what it can be or how to fix it. I would really appreciate if someone could check my site and see what might be the problem.

The module is not published right now because it just doesnt work and i cant have a non working top menu when visitors are coming in. So hopefully someone can check the template or css or something and see if there is a compability problem with like mootools or something else?
Also thanks for what seems to be a really good module!
