Hi. I read some of my post about the compatibility issue but none of them are about the menu not showing in earlier IE version. I am having a compatibility issue in showing my Horizontal Menu. I am currently in IE9 and my extended menu works great in IE9, Firefox, and Google Chrome. Please see regular template image below with my Horizontal Top Menu. When hover the second level menu will show.



However, not all of us have an updated IE version so to make sure that the template works in the earlier IE version, I checked the Compatibililty View with settings display intranet site and website in Compatibility View but somehow the menu doesn't show at all. Please image with the problem below.

Hello,

The extension is compatible with IE 6+. If it doesn't work on your site, it can be a problem with site template styles. We can investigate the problem in more details if you provide a link to a page where we can see the menu.

The page doesn't contain "ARI Ext Menu" module.
