I use ARI Ext menu on my site, and it does an excellent job.
I would like to make the sub menu's last a bit longer,
Ie display for another half second after the mouse moves off it.
The menu works fine, and I don't experience a problem, but there are some old users on my website who say the menu disappears too quickly, and they cant get to the sub sub menu in time.
this might also be because of a tiny gap between the menu and submenu, and if you move your mouse too slowly from the menu item to the submenu it disappears.
