You can place the following code into 'CSS Styles' parameter in module settings for changing font color:

}

okay i've tested with these menu k190-d1.s34.tune-up-it.de/sims3-traumkarrieren-infos but the menu aren't display right.

It was a bug in the module when inline styles is used. What files you want to replace? You want to add modifications for all 'ARI Ext Menu' instances? In this case, you can add necessary styles to <joomla_dir>/modules/mod_ariextmenu/mod_ariextmenu/js/css/menu.min.css file.
