It seems you use an incorrect code in "CSS Styles" parameter in module settings. Send screenshot(s) of module settings page by email.

Not sure if this will help you, but here's what I had to do to get both Firefox and IE displaying the Ari Extended menus as expected.

Load ExtJS Library: YES

Load Method: On Load

All other combinations do not work. If I leave the Load Method set to DOM Ready, FF works, but IE doesn't.


I'm using Firefox 23.0.1 and IE 10.0.9200.16686. I did just get a message that FF 24 is available, so hopefully that version will work with these settings too.

In your case it can be a javascript conflict with a 3rd party extension.
