I just tried to install EXT menu on a 2.5.19 site. Got the error


JInstaller: :Install: Ne povas trovi agordan XML-an dosieron
Tiu vojo ne havas validan pakaĵon.


= Cannot find config XML folder. This path doesn't have a valid package.


This error usually occurs when one tries to install a J3 extension on a J2.5 site, but the download file says the EXT menu is for both 2.5 and 3 sites.

What could I do?

Could you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem?

I did it on a test site. After the described attempt to install EXT menu on it, I made some more tests and stressed it so it crashed.

I'll make a fresh install and see if I can replicate the error.

Worked fine on a new install. Case closed.
