I have change settings to "On Load" ( as I have seeing on forum ) and now I have error only in IE8 ( previously was in all browsers ).
Can I fix it somehow?

Menu module instance with ID = 102 is empty (it doesn't have menu items). Remove or disable it.

I can not disable it. If to assign module for each page separatly than it would be not comfortable to manage all pages and menu items.
Is there no other way?

Problem was solved just by changing language inside modules. Both modules are still assigned to all pages but thay have different languages.
