I have installed this module, but it doesn't do anything.

THe module is enabled and I have linked it to a newly created menu.

When I make a sub-menu item it doesn't show up. what is going wrong ?

Could you send screenshot(s) of module settings page by email and provide a link to a page where you want to show the menu?

This problem with site template specific styles for the selected module position. Read here how to fix it.

It seems you changed something in module settings. Now menu is empty. When we check your page previously, it contains menu items.
