Many questions with ARI ext menu 13 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello!
Iґm using ARI Ext Menu with Joomla 1.5

www.gewerbe-treuhand.de/test

I have some questions with this menu.

a) Is it possible to let the submenus show when active? E.g. 'Branchen/Referenzen'. When one of the submenu items is selected, the submenus disappear. Showing only the main menu.

b) Is it possible to format the submenu style in a different way as the main menu items? Best would be via CSS?
The submenus should be in a different font size, the background should be disabled, which means the same light grey as the background. The padding of the menu items should be minimized, so that the items are one after another without many space.

The menu should be displayed as follows: www.gewerbe-treuhand.de/gt-homepage.jpg

There is a example of the design i should make.

I hope someone can help me. The page should be online as soon as possible.

Regards
Andreas

Hello,

a. No, this is impossible.

b. You can investigate structure and styles of the menu with help FireBug addon for FireFox browser, create necessary custom CSS rules and add it to site template CSS file or to "CSS Styles" parameter in module settings.
