It happens in every gallery. I’m certain it’s reproduced in the link I provided (Chrome only. Various users)
You can also check it on this page with other plugins disabled, no caching, no css/js minifications. Try to enter lightbox, exit and enter again

I also disabled "Focus the first element" (don't actually know what this function does)
