Hello,

My clients is using pro version of this plugin. He is using this shortcode : [fancybox url="https://www.diyukimmigrationservices.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/fp-parent-initial-index-1.pdf" target="_blank"] View Example Application Index[/fancybox]

You can check this URL : www.diyukimmigrationservices.com/testing/

But popup does not open in new window. Let me know if there is anything.

Hello, It looks like a conflict with your theme. It loads old version of Fancybox jQuery plugin and it causes problems. Regards, ARI Soft
