I have been using ARI Fancy Lightbox for several months without problems. I have uploaded dozens of pdf documents to my web site and they can be viewed correctly. I am on the newest version of WordPress.

I scanned a document, added some comments, and saved it as a pdf. When I upload this to my web site, the viewer is not displaying the document as expected. The text I added shows in the correct place however the original document is rotated 90 degrees to the left. Hopefully the link below will better explain the problem.

Everything appears correct with this document when I view it in my local PDF application.

I'm not sure if it is a problem with the PDF document or with the how the Lightbox viewer is interpreting the document. The only place the problems appears is in the Lightbox viewer.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the delay. The produce uses PDFJS viewer (it is a 3rd party application) and it seems this viewer can't handle your PDF file correctly. We will try to update it to the latest version and if it doesn't help, you can change it to native viewer (see "ARI Fancy Lightbox -> Settings -> Integration -> PDF files -> Local PDF viewer" option).
