I may be misunderstanding how this feature is supposed to work. My understanding is that setting Open on load to 'Only once' will display the ARI Fancybox lightbox only once per session, but that it will display again at the start of a new session.

In Joomla 1.6.3, I have an ARI Fancybox module displaying inline content. I have 'Open on load' set to 'Only once'. The lightbox does display only once. But after closing and relaunching my browser, the lightbox does not open on load again. And I can see that the ARI_ARI_## cookie is set to expire the same second that it was set, but this cookie remains from session to session.

Should the ARI Fancybox lightbox display anew at the start of each session, or do I have this wrong?

Download and upgrade "ARI Fancybox" module. Updated version contains new parameter "Cookie duration". Set it to "0" if you want to show the lightbox only once per browser's session.
