HI-

I've installed and configured ARI fancybox module and loaded the module into an article with loadposition, but I can't get the gallery to show up. I see the text I've entered into the Empty Message field- as if their weren't any images in the gallery, so the module is loading properly. Just somehow the module doesn't know where the images are, it seems.

I've written the path to the gallery in as many different ways as I can think of. It looks like this at the moment:

images/directing-images/lie-of-the-mind

I've written this path with and without leading and following slashes, but nothing seems to work.

What silly thing am I doing wrong? Can you help?

<joomla_directory>/images/directing-images/lie-of-the-mind folder doesn't contain images. You can see it in Joomla! media manager.

You can ensure that the module works fine if set "Image path" parameter to the following value:

images/directing-images/bakersfield

Well, that's very strange because in fact the images are in there. I can see them in my FTP client and I can see them where they should be in my local folders. Joomla doesn't think they are there apparently. I wonder why that would be. FYI I did not use the media manager to put them there. Mmm .
