[Solved] Can't make it work -> blank page 11 Years, 7 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello,

I just bought ARI Flip Book component and I can't make it work.

I use it as a module displaying in a position of my template. I also tried to use it embedded in an article with {ariflipbook moduleId="..."}{/ariflipbook} directive, but the result is still the same.

The sources are images.

Only the title of the module is displayed and it seems that nothing more is loaded (<div class="b-load"> is empty). Maybe a JS conflict with others modules on the site ??

Thanks for your help.

Edit after email response from ARI Team, maybe it could help someone : my "Directories" parameter was wrong, you have to put "images/your_ari_pictures" assuming "images" is in the root directory of Joomla!. As my site was in development it was in a subdirectory and I thought I had to write the path from the /www directory (like /site_in_dev/images/...). I was wrong.

THANKS !

Hello,

It seems the module is configured incorrectly. Could you send screenshot(s) of module settings page by email?

Regards,
