Hi,

I've got a book that is 25 pages long. The pages are images which are numbered from 1-25. For some reason the module displayed the pages in the following order: 1-10-11...18-19-2-20-21...24-25-3-4...
The ordering is set to "By file name".
I know there's a way to arrange the files via CSV but couldn't find the file or instructions on how to do it.
How should I rename my files so that they will load in the correct order?

Download and upgrade the module. New version of the extension uses natural sorting when images are sorted by file name.

I've checked and the version I got is 1.7.0
We bought the module yesterday. I presumed you've sent us a download link to the latest version.
Or did I presume wrong?

The latest version is 1.7.1. It is available in "Member Area".

Downloaded the latest version:
1. The problem was NOT solved.
2. Changes which I've made to the design in order to feet to my images was lost.
3. Now when I try to set ordering via "File Name" I get the following message "Warning: ksort() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /home/www/chironlp.com/modules/mod_ariflipbook/includes/kernel/Module/Providers/class.ThumbnailProvider.php on line 236"

2. If core extension's files were modified, changes will be lost after an upgrade. Joomla! installer doesn't merge changes.

1 and 3. It works fine on our test server. Could you send a link to a page where we can see the problem and a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem?
