Unfortunately, I have got the same problem. I inserted the correction in "Plugins: System - ARI Image Before After">>"CSS Styles".

.cd-horizontal .cd-resize-img img {
height: 100% !important;
width: auto !important;
max-width: none !important;
}
.cd-vertical .cd-resize-img img {
height: auto !important;
width: 100% !important;
max-height: none !important;
}

But in my case this doesn't work:

Hello,

It is not a style conflict, this problem with "ookiespolicynotificationbar" plugin. It loads own copy of jQuery library instead of using jQuery instance which is loaded by Joomla! and clear all previously registered jQuery plugins ("ARI Image Before After" loads a jQuery plugin).

thanks a lot for the quick answer! I disabled the plugin and the JQuery instance... I cleared the cache, but the problem is still there!

Can it be something else? In the worst case, I will use the horizontal score bar

It seems the custom CSS rules are not loaded. Could you provide a temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email so we can check plugin settings?
