I am trying to get module to work in my article. I have all the modules enabled, I have the load module enabled. Nothing seems to be working. Do you have a step by step tutorial that i can use?

Hello,

Sorry, but could you specify what exactly doesn't work? Do you see plugin code, do you see nothing? Where we can see the problem?

PS: Documentation how to use the module or the plugins can be found in "Description" section in module or plugin settings.

Regards,
ARI Soft

I built a page that has 15 images on it. When you click one of the images the pop up should appear with the slides but it doesnt.

I have made an article and included your snippets of code and assigned the article to a menu item which is one of the images on the said page that i built.

When you are on the home page and click a link to take you to the built page with the images and then click on the image to see the slides, it goes to the article page but shows the snippet of code.

I hope that this makes sense.

Check that "System - ARI Image Popup" plugin is installed and enabled. If you use a WYSIWYG editor, open article where you use plugin code, switch editor to plain text mode and check that code looks correct. WYSIWYG editors can add extra HTML code in design mode.

PS: If it doesn't help, could you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend and link to page where you try to use the extension by email that we can investigate the problem?
