Today I have bought your extension.
I have prepared some images width 438 x height 500.
In the image attached you can see a black frame in the left and in the top.
I set the module as you describe on your site.

I don't how to cut the "black" and fit images as your demo.

We'll investigate this issue immediately when have ability to see it in a browser. It can be a conflict with template or 3rd party extensions styles.
