I had the follwoing error after install image slide show on a new joomla system. """"""Where <moduleId> is ARI Image SlideShow module id. You can find module id if open 'Extensions->Module Manager' page in modules grid in ID column or on module settings page in ID field. """""""
But all sides are in a white build and I show anything, tge only side which is function properly is the installation window in the Extension Path all other sides are white

How can I fix this problem ?

good morning support

Both ends with a green image and successfull.

mod_arislideshow.zip and plg_content_arislideshow.zip

I was in the plg_content_arislideshow and acticate it. And now there goes nothing all windows are white

I was looking under google and thsi shows me the window where I should download from my profile the neweset version of the program,
but on 3 other sides the slideshow function perfect since years.

Upgrade the module and the plugin to latest version. It is available in "Member Area" on our site.

You can also login by FTP to your server, open <joomla_directory>/plugins/content/arislideshow/arislideshow/kernel/Module/j16/class.ModuleHelper.php file and replace the code:



with the following one:
