Hi, and thanks for the good extension.

My client wants a basic fade transition for images (next image fades on top of the previous, just a simple alpha transition) and I was wondering would this be possible to add? I would really appreciate this and the client too

Hello,

Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately currently this effect type is unavailable. We'll investigate possibility to implement this effect in a future release.

Hi, and thanks for the reply. One other thing came in to my mind: progressive enhancement.

Now if visitor has Javascript turned off there's nothing showing up in slideshow container. This could be easily fixed for example loading the first image in normal way (module outputs the image in the module position, <img> -tag) and after that start the slideshow. This function should follow the module's parameters like "Random".

I think this would be a sensible idea or what do you think?

Thank you for your suggestion. Download and upgrade the module please. New version shows the first image or random image (if 'Random' parameter is set to 'Yes') when javascript is disabled.
