Ok, thx. I did chage CSS and module template. Isn't there any other way to save these changes?

You copy old files to your local machine, upgrade module, compare new and old files and modify new files with your changes if it is required.

BTW, you can use standard Joomla! feature called "template overriding" that change template of an extension. Read about it here.
