Not necesarilly, but it is possible.
I want to use the Ari Slider on different pages (meni-items), with different pictures. But the Main menu should always be visible as well.

You can create as many module instances as you want and show it in necessary module position. It is possible to show several module in one module position.

If you want to load a module into a module position, we don't see sense to use "Modules Anywhere" plugin.

The point is, I want to load 2 modules simultaneously in the sme position. And therefor I was recommended to use the Modules Anywhere plugin

Sorry, but what problem if you assign two module with the same module position? Your site template doesn't show them?
