Hi,
first off, thanks for this great module! I've seen it used on several friends' sites and now wanted to implement it on mine.
Unfortunately, I can't get it to work. The images do show, but there are no arrows on it, no other navigation, no shadow, nothing.

Following another tip here, I already gave the js folder and all the files in it full permissions (777) - still no change.
The only changes from the backend that make a change on the site is if I choose thumbnails on/off. However, if I put them on, there is also just one thumbnail of that one Insel Air plane, no other images to be seen. There are 3 more images in the same folder though...
Any guesses? Your help is much appreciated, thanks!
