first I wanted to thank you for this really great module which is also free and hopefully for a great support.

My problem is when I click on "add to cart" in Virtuemart Image Slider somehow refuses Virtuemart to open this little popup which asks "continue shopping" or "show cart". In addition the product is not added to the cart automatically but one need to refresh the site by pressing "F5" first.

It would be great if one could help me out.

Hello,

We can't investigate the problem because your site requires credentials. We suppose VirtueMart scripts use jQuery library and can't work properly when several jQuery library instances are loaded on the page.

The problem is described in our previous post. It requires to modify VirtueMart scripts so it works correctly when several jQuery instances are loaded or disable jQuery loading in "ARI Image Slider" and VirtueMart and load it with help of 3rd party extension (if you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email, we can help to do it).

As you described I disabled JQuery in ARI Image Slider and now it is working as I want it to. Is there any disadvantage of not using jQuery for the Slider?

In this case the slider will not work on non-VirtueMart pages.
