Hello All

I have a Joomla 2.5 website with an ARI Image Slider installed. Only two or three of the 16 transition effects will function.

I had my HTML theme converted to Joomla by a service. The original theme had a Nivo Slider installed but the person who converted the theme installed the ARI Slider.

Can anyone suggest a way to activate the other transition effects? I asked the person who installed the slider but he has been very unresponsive to my questions.

Here is a link to the webpage with the slider. The slider will only work in the slice up or slide in modes. tucanpalacio.com/demo/metamorph/

The slider uses three .png photos. All three are of the same image. I want the motion effects and not a change of image.

Please let me know what else you may need to help.

Increase value of "Box rows" parameter in module settings.

Hello,

I increased the box rows to 25 then 100 then 1000 with no change. When I select a different transition effect the image simply is static, will not change at all.

I have attached a zipped .pdf with screen shot of my ARI Slider settings.

You use three the same images (with different names) so don't see the effects.
