Hi,

I am using two Ari Image Sliders on my home page and have discovered that an error is being generated each time an image is displayed in the slider image rotation:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'defaultView' of undefined

I do not know what this error means and sf you stay on the page, the error will be continuously generated without stop. Would this unending generation of errors cause an adverse effect?

The staging site can be viewed here:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Regards,
Frank

Hello,

This error occurs in Google Chrome browser (in FireFox it is not appeared) and this is not "ARI Image Slider" problem. This problem with the extension which is loaded jQuery library v. 1.2.6 on your site (it is outdated version of jQuery and the extension doesn't call noConflict() method). You can see it if open HTML source of the page.

Thank you for your helpful reply even though you determined the issue was not an ARI Image Slider problem! I have resolved the issue with the older jQuery library being called which led me to discover and resolve a couple of other Javascript related issues. This also helped to resolve an issue I had with the second slider on the home page not rendering the fading animation in Chrome.

Thanks and have a nice day!
Frank
